insurance changes for your primary and secondary insurance carriers. We can serve our Delta and Blue Cross patients more
effectively if you will include a copy of the Explanation of Benefits along with the insurance check.
The costs associated with filing insurance claims and
billing continue to be enormous for small businesses such as ours. To
help keep our costs (and your fees) under control, we are asking our
patients to pay their portion on the day of service. We have "guestimates"
of the insurance portion in our computer. For patients who need
extended payments we are pleased to offer alternatives of 1/3 payments
within 60 days, or a convenient payment option through Wells Fargo.

We provide the following payment options:
PAYMENT OPTION 1
Our office accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and
Wells Fargo Financing. Wells Fargo Financing is a preferred customer
account chosen because it routinely offers the best extended payment terms.
Ask for an application. Payment on the day of service helps you avoid
the finance charges of 1.5% per month.
PAYMENT OPTION 2
Dental insurance is welcome. We accept assignment
of benefits and will file claims for you. However, we ask for payment
of the patient portion on the day of service. Our office staff will
help you estimate the coverage available to you. Coverages vary among insurance companies, as does the method used to compute "usual and
customary" fees. We are well versed in filing patient's claims and are
ready to help in any way we can!
