Appointment Scheduling |

Appointments may be scheduled with our appointment
coordinator by either filling out the form below and submitting it, by
calling (563) 332-1600 or by sending us an email to
appointments@bettendorfdentalpc.com . If you cannot keep your appointment
commitment, please contact us as a courtesy, at least TWO BUSINESS DAYS
AHEAD. When an appointment is broken with short notice, four
different groups of people suffer:
First, YOU suffer, because you have not received your needed care Second, the dental hygienist, assistants, and/or doctor who had
expected to see you have no patient in their dental chair, since that time
was reserved specifically for YOU. Third, the dental practice suffers an economic loss, since our
overhead (rent, utilities, salaries, etc.) continue whether you are here
or not. Fourth, our patients suffer, since there are patients on lists who
would have enjoyed being offered that time, if only they could have been
contacted in advance so that they could make arrangements to be here.
